The room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the provision of soap, shampoo, and body wash, very thoughtful. i also liked having both a flat pillow and a plump pillow. As a front sleeper, the flat pillow was AMAZING!!!

the hotel has a very good location close to hammersmith tube station. local buses. plenty of places for lunch and dinner are very close by. it made getting around very convenient.

I appreciated the luggage storage before check-in. It allowed me to start my exploration. The location offered easy access to the tube station. The path from the station to the hotel had various shops.

the room had a lot of functionality i found plenty of power points and usb points. the toiletries were lovely they provided a good selection.

The room felt cramped, particularly with luggage. the bathroom vent emitted a persistent, disruptive noise. breakfast lacked variety, especially in terms of cold options. Only a full english breakfast was available. staff began clearing tables well before the stated end time of breakfast.

we found the staff very helpful, they was also approachable always. the room had functionality i needed. i got such nice thick curtains, it felt really nice. i would liked a mini fridge though but it was ok.

the room, at times, felt a bit tight specially while keeping our things there.
